Came in Monday morning with a swollen jaw and tooth problem and I had the best hospital experience I have ever had. Coming from Brisbane to the Gold Coast I was a bit concerned but the staff were amazing. I cannot fault my experience at this hospital. Minimal wait time and the staff were extremely caring and helped settle my nerves

I was so well taken care of after a dancefloor accident with a dislocated knee tendon on Saturday evening. The emergency staff were all absolutely incredible and caring and I can't stress my appreciation enough. Thank you for being such wonderful and talented people.

Nurse Kai, was an absolute saint, was in the ambulatory zone on boxing day and man not only was he professional he was personable and lovely to me and my partner. Good sense of humour and was prompt and efficient with his care. All nurses stand out in my books but Kai takes the cake for this visit!

I underwent an appendectomy at Robina Hospital, and the experience exceeded every expectation. The team on Ward 23, both the day and night-shift staff, were outstanding. Their attention, reassurance, and kindness made a difficult situation so much easier. They checked in regularly, kept me comfortable, and genuinely made me feel cared for throughout the day and night.
